Changing the Way for Carwash Facilities Maintenance

We, wanted to changed the carwash industry by introducing Strictly Facilities Maintenance. What this means is we would come in and replace your facilities team with our team. If this isn't something that is you can afford or in your budget then we can have a fields guy swing by once a week meet with the manager and take a list of things that need addressed now and we can have a tech come out. Another Service we offer is Maintain X. We would set you a account up free of charge. The owner, Manager or who ever is in charge of calling a Carwash company out to come fix things will be able to Create Maintenance Tickets right from the app on your smart phone. It will ask you what is the Site Location, ask for a couple pictures of the problem and hit submit. Once this is Submitted it will go out our officed then we will assign the ticket to a tech that day. You will be able to talk with our office right on the app to see the progress of each ticket. This helps get service work done much faster. We have seen other Service Providers take 2-5 business days to even show up on site, then they have to order the parts next thing you know its 2 months before its fixed. This is why we went this route with Maintain X to get the job done faster.
